On Saturday, April 18, my friend Jessica Hu celebrated her birthday at California Adventure Theme Park. Aunt Emma (Jessica's mom), Jessica, Jessica Chang, Rebecca Hu, Joseph, and I went together. We tried to arrive as early as possible to avoid long lines, but many people were there because of Spring Break. We went on many rides including Muholland Madness, The Orange, California Screamin', The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Grizzly River Run, Toy Story Mania, and more. My favorite ride was Toy Story Mania because it is interactive. You put on 3-D Glasses and get to play mini-games with one other person. I also enjoyed California Screamin' because it is very fast and it's a great feeling to rush through the air. We arrived at the park at around 10:15 AM and left at around 8:00 PM, and our legs were very sore from waiting in lines and walking around the theme park. After exiting the park, we decided to have dinner at Tony Roma's, a restaurant famous for their ribs. Everyone chomped noisily on their food, we were so hungry and tired. Afterwards, Aunt Emma drove Joseph and I home. My feet were throbbing when I got home, and I was so glad to climb into bed and get a good night's sleep. Happy Birthday Jessica, and thank you Aunt Emma for bringing us to California Adventure! :)
I wish I could have chance to visit this place one day.
