Today I had my baptismal service and easter service! :) Our church went to Diamond Bar Golf Course to celebrate Easter and eat brunch. Later on, the baptism was held at Uncle George's backyard. Many people came to watch the service including family and friends. We did prayer, songs, and heard testimonies from the soon-to-be-baptized. We also recieved official certificates and even a MacArthur Study Bible! The study bible has a nice hard cover and includes definitions and notes to help you learn more in-depth about the verses and their meanings. Finally, we had the water baptism. Each person went one by one into the jacuzzi as Pastor Daniel asked questions about your faith. Then he dunked you into the jacuzzi and you were baptized! I'm so glad I finally took this step of faith and it was a joyous time to remember.
