Stocking More Shoes!!!

Last Sunday, Zia Yee and I went to ALDO shoe store at Ontario Mills outlet. Zia Yee found two pairs of sandals that she liked. This brown Corington flat sandal came with braided straps and wooden beads. It has simple design and great color that can be matched with any type of clothing.

This white sandal came with three straps and shiny jewelry on the middle strap. When we saw this shoe, the store didn’t carry the size for Zia Yee. Since we both liked the shoe, we decided to order it and have the store deliver them to our house. The shoes came on Tuesday and Zia Yee has been wearing them in the past two days. When I came home from work today, Zia Yee told me some of the jewelry fell off. She was pretty upset, and I was not happy with the quality, so I contacted customer service to complain. Luckily, there is an exchange and return policy. We will return the shoe and exchange them for a new pair.

These shoes are called shape ups shoes with the weird looking and clunky design. When you are wearing the shoes your body has a tendency to want to rock forward or roll back. By keeping the focus on the flat part of the shoe under the ball of your foot, you are engaging the muscles in your legs, buttocks, and core. When walking, ankle movement and the back of the shoe touching the ground will work your legs and get into your glutes. Shape Up Shoes are similar to a combination workout on a bosu/balance board and a Stairmaster. The average price ranges from $50 to $100 but Daddy’s coworker’s wife got it for $10. This is a really good deal!!! I wore the shoes to walk this evening and I like them.
