Today my Auntie Lena and Uncle Peter came to our house to eat dinner. They have visited me when I was young, but I didn't remember them. They are vacationing and it was the perfect time to invite them to visit. We ate hot pot and talked for a long time. There were all kinds of ingredients - spinach, lamb, fish cake, giant shrimp, baby corn, and much more. It was the perfect comforting dinner for a chilly cold night.
California has been cooling very quickly - in fact, its expected to rain this week. This shows that Christmas is quickly coming! :) I'm excited and definitely ready for the holidays.
We deeply remember you all during this festive season, particularly the traditional Chinese new year is approaching. That is the time for reunion. While we are getting older and feel very lonely in Sibu here, we are expecting that we will be able to meet soon.
