Today we baked the entire day trying to complete all of the cookies. First we made the White Chocolate Cherry Chunkies. It was difficult at first because of how thick the dough was and how much chunks of nuts, white chocolate, and cherry were in it. However, we soon got the hang of it and the cookies came out lumpy and misshapen, but soft and buttery. :) Then we made the Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies. These were much easier to make, and it was fun to decorate them and pour on sprinkles. While shopping for the supplies, I saw a box of Lemon Poppy Seed muffins, and I convinced my mom to get them. I was excited to make them and they are really lemony and great as a dessert/treat. :) I hope we can bake more, it is easy to do and delicious to eat!
