Holiday Cookies.

During the next week, my mom's work will be celebrating Christmas everyday of the week. On Monday, they will be having a "cookie exchange." Everyone will make their own homemade cookies as well as try cookies made by others. We have to make 72 cookies, which will be a tedious but fun job. I love to mix ingredients and roll cookie dough into fun shapes. It's a great feeling to watch dough rise up in the oven and try different recipes. We will be making White Chocolate Cherry Chunkies and Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies, festive holiday cookies that will be perfect for the cookie exchange. I'm ready for Christmas and Winter Break, woohoo!:)
