Flu Vaccine.
As you may know, the H1N1 Virus is expected to hit hard this winter season. H1N1 is a influenza virus that has typical symptoms of the regular seasonal flu, but can be fatal. To help prevent new outbreaks, Joseph's school is providing a free flu vaccine to anyone who wishes to do so. It is called FluMist, a nasal spray form of a flu vaccine. This is the first time schools have offered free vaccines. Everyone is worried and wants to prevent a pandemic. My mom's hospital also has free vaccines. Nowadays, if a child gets sick and has a fever, it is important to bring him/her to the doctor and get it checked out. Swine flu could become very serious and I'm thankful schools and hospitals are doing something about it.

I think the vaccine is important although it is NOT 100 percent safe. Anyway if only you are strong enough, then even if you get the flu, but not turn to other more serious sickness, you will be safe. So the most important thing is to keep healthy and always take good food and away from dangerous crowded places.
