This weekend I went for my monthly visit to the orthodonist. My doctor noticed that my underbite was starting to creep back, and he decided to give me rubber bands for the second time. I was nervous because my memories of rubber bands had been very painful and unhappy. Rubber bands are tight and prevent you from opening your mouth wide. They feel crowded in my mouth and make it uncomfortable to talk. I have to change a new pair of rubber bands everyday so the old ones will not lose effectiveness. There is always a sharp pain when I use new rubber bands. When I put them on for the first time, I was relieved that the pain was quite minimal compared to before. Even though they hurt, it is worth the results.
I think you should accept it because it wont be long before you get the best looking teeth.
